Paint Couture Chalk Style Paint is water based, Ultra Low VOC formulated for interior and exterior use.  It provides excellent leveling and coverage with a built in primer and topcoat.  Our Chalk Style Paint is mold and mildew resistant and is specifically formulated for furniture and cabinets.  It has excellent adhesion capability to existing painted or varnished surfaces.  With Paint Couture, there is usually no sanding and no priming.  It is easy to apply and can be blended.  The ease of use and being easily distressed, our Chalk Style Paint is a great choice for all of your project needs.  It dries to a flat finish. 

Paint Couture Chalk Style Paint dries very quickly and becomes very hard.  For an added durable finish, use Extreme Guard Topcoats.  Our Paint Couture Glaze or Topcoat is recommended for added durability but not required.  A unique feature of Paint Couture is that you can use our glaze directly on our paint once dry with no need for a topcoat in between.  Clean up is easy with just soap and water.

Application Method: Brush, Roll or Spray

Dry Time to Touch: 15 min.
Dry Time to Re-coat: 1 hr.
Dry Time Before Light Use: 7-10 days
Dry Time Until Cured: 21 days
Dry times are estimated based off ideal conditions (70*F 21*C, 70% humidity). Cool temperatures and high humidity can prolong dry time up to 8-10 hours.
