Excellent leveling and coverage with a built in primer and topcoat.  Excellent adhesion capability to existing painted or varnished surfaces.  Easy to apply and can be blended. Paint Couture Chalk Style Paint dries very quickly and becomes very hard.  A unique feature of Paint Couture is that you can use our glaze directly on our paint once dry with no need for a topcoat in between!
